Book multiple appointments
in one go.
Cal ID's multi-slot booking lets clients pick up to five times on your booking page, enter their details once and pay once. Every time becomes its own booking, with its own calendar invite, reminders and reschedule link, while your availability and booking limits stay in charge.

One visit instead of three.
Without multi-slot booking, a client who needs three sessions goes through your booking page three times: choose a time, fill in the same form, pay, get a confirmation, then start again.
One booking at a time
- Friction and drop-off Every repeat trip through the booking page is another chance to abandon.
- Lost times While they book session one, someone else takes the time they wanted for session two.
- Messy follow-up Three confirmations, three payments and three threads, with nothing to show they belong together.
- No clean way to sell packages "Book 4 coaching sessions" does not fit a page that takes one booking at a time.
With multi-slot booking
- One visit Clients pick every time they need across days, weeks or months, then fill in the form once.
- Times held while they book Every picked time is held while they type, so nobody else can take it.
- One confirmation, one checkout One grouped email and one payment, with a calendar invite for every time.
- Packages that fit Require exactly 3 or 4 slots and sell the package as a single booking.
How to book multiple time slots in 3 steps
The booker picks multiple time slots on one booking page, fills in their details once, and every time becomes its own booking. As the host, you switch it on per event type in the Multi Slots tab.

Multi-slot booking
Let attendees pick several time slots and book them all in one go. Each slot becomes its own booking.
A booking page that knows your rules.
Every limit on the event applies to the whole selection, live. When a pick would break a rule, the tray says why in plain language instead of failing at the end. With one slot per day, the calendar moves on to the next bookable day after each pick.
- Daily to yearly booking limits
- Total booking-duration limits
- Buffers kept between picks
- Timezone-correct for both sides
Reliable when it counts.
Every picked time is held while the booker fills in the form. The selection is booked as a unit: if any time can't be booked, none of them are, so nobody ends up with half a package. If someone takes a time at the last second, only that time is dropped and the rest stay held.
- Times held during the form
- All or nothing
- Only the taken time is dropped
- Every rule re-checked on submit
Submitting 2 slots
1 of 2 slots still held
4:00pm Wednesday was just booked by someone else. Your other time is still held. Pick a replacement to continue.
One form, one checkout, one confirmation.
The booker fills in one form and, on paid events, pays once: the price per slot times the number of slots, charged through your payment app. Bookings are confirmed when the payment succeeds, then one email lists every time with a calendar invitation for each.
- One grouped email for booker and host
- A calendar invite for every slot
- Reschedule and cancel links per slot
- Price per slot shown before picking
Built for teams, too.
Multi-slot booking works on personal, collective, round-robin and managed event types. On collective events every host attends every slot. On round-robin events, choose one host for the whole booking or rotate through the team, and fixed hosts attend every slot either way.
- Collective: every host, every slot
- Round-robin: one host or rotate
- Managed: settings reach each member
- Hosts only hear about their slots
Round-robin event
Round-robin host assignment
Fixed hosts attend every slot regardless. This only decides who rotates.
Manage every slot from your dashboard.
In your bookings list, a multi-slot booking shows as one group: how many slots it has, how many are upcoming, completed or canceled, and who hosts them. Act on the slots you select, or on all of them at once.
- Cancel or reschedule
- Request a reschedule
- Edit location or add guests
- Confirm or reject
- Mark as no-show
- Add notes or join the meeting

Works with your workflows and tools.
A multi-slot booking triggers one "new booking" message by email, SMS or WhatsApp that lists every booked time, using the templates you already have. Reminders before and after still fire for each meeting, and webhooks carry a group ID so your systems can tie the slots together.
- One new-booking message per group
- Reminders for every slot
- Webhooks include a group ID
- UTM parameters on every booking

Which should I use?
Multi-slot booking lets the booker hand-pick each time. Recurring events repeat on a fixed pattern, and seats put many people into one session.

Works with your stack
Each slot lands on your connected calendar with its own meeting link, and paid events charge once through your payment app.
Available on Business and Enterprise.
Multi-slot booking is included in the Business and Enterprise plans. On team events, the hosts who run the slots need to be on those plans.
Business is also available monthly at $10 per user.
Frequently asked questions
01 What is multi-slot booking?
Multi-slot booking is a Cal ID feature that lets people book several times on your booking page in one go. They pick the times, fill in their details once and, on paid events, pay once. Each time becomes a separate booking, linked together as a group. Cal ID is the online scheduling platform by OneHash.
02 Can clients book multiple appointments at once?
Yes. With multi-slot booking on, a client picks 2 to 5 time slots on your booking page and books them in one visit, with one form and, on paid events, one checkout. Each slot still becomes its own booking with its own calendar invite.
03 Is multi-slot booking the same as double booking?
No. Double booking means two appointments at the same time. Multi-slot booking lets one client book several different times in one visit, and picks that overlap each other or your existing bookings are refused, so your calendar is never double booked.
04 How do I let clients book multiple sessions at once?
Open the event type, go to the Multi Slots tab and turn on multi-slot booking. Choose how many slots a booking can hold, from 2 to 5, and save. Your booking page then lets clients pick several times, fill in the form once and, on paid events, pay once. It is available on the Business and Enterprise plans.
05 How many slots can someone book at once?
Between 2 and 5. You choose a range, for example "at least 2, up to 4", or a fixed number, for example "always exactly 3".
06 Can they book more than one slot on the same day?
Only if you allow it. It is off by default so sessions spread across days. Turn on "Allow multiple appointments on the same day" to let people take several slots on one day, including back to back.
07 Will my availability, buffers and booking limits still apply?
Yes. The whole selection is checked against your availability, buffers, daily, weekly, monthly and yearly booking limits, duration limits and the per-booker cap. It is checked on the booking page as they pick, and again when they submit.
08 What if one of the times gets taken while they're booking?
Every picked time is held while they fill in the form. If one is taken anyway, nothing is booked: only that time is removed from their selection, the others stay held, and they pick a replacement.
09 Does it work with paid events?
Yes. The booker pays once for all the slots, the price per slot times the number of slots, through your payment app. Bookings are confirmed when the payment succeeds. Holding a card for a no-show fee is not supported with multi-slot booking.
010 How do refunds work?
Refunds for multi-slot bookings are not processed through Cal ID. You can refund the payment directly from your payment app's dashboard.
011 What does the booker receive?
One confirmation email listing every time, with a calendar invitation for each and a reschedule and cancel link for each. The confirmation page shows the same, with a join link per slot.
012 Can the booker reschedule or cancel just one of the sessions?
Yes. Each slot has its own reschedule and cancel links. Rescheduled slots stay in the group, and your rules are re-checked against the other slots. They can also cancel all of them at once.
013 Does it work for team events?
Yes. It works on collective events, where everyone attends every slot; on round-robin events, with one host for the whole booking or rotation through the team, while fixed hosts attend every slot; and on managed event types.
014 With round-robin rotation, does every host get notified about every slot?
No. Each rotating host is told about the slots they are running. Fixed hosts see all of them.
015 Can I require approval?
Yes. With "requires confirmation" on, the booker requests all the times together and you confirm or reject the group or individual slots.
016 Do my workflows still run?
Yes. The "new booking" message is sent once for the group and lists every time. Reminders before and after each meeting are sent for each slot.
017 Is it different from a recurring event?
Yes. Recurring events repeat on a fixed pattern, such as every Tuesday at 10:00. Multi-slot booking lets the booker hand-pick each time, so it suits irregular schedules and packages.
018 Does it work on embedded booking pages and on mobile?
Yes. It works on your public booking page, on mobile, and when the booking page is embedded on your website.
019 Can I use it with private links, seated events, recurring events or instant meetings?
No. Private links book one slot at a time, and multi-slot booking can't be combined with seated, recurring or instant events. Group booking links that combine several people's calendars on the fly aren't supported either.
020 Is it available through the API?
Not currently. Multi-slot booking is a feature of Cal ID booking pages, including embedded ones.
021 Which plans include it?
Business and Enterprise. Business is $5 per user per month billed annually, or $10 billed monthly, and Enterprise pricing is available on request. On team events, the hosts who run the slots need to be on those plans.
022 Is multi-slot booking available now?
Yes. Multi-slot booking is available now on Cal ID Business and Enterprise plans. Hosts switch it on per event type in the Multi Slots tab of the event type editor.
