Cal ID was born inside OneHash, where our own teams were burning hours every week on the same broken ritual - emailing back and forth to pick a time, juggling time zones, patching together calendars, payments, CRM, and reminders with half a dozen disconnected tools.

We tried every scheduler on the market. Each one solved a slice and handed us a bill for the rest. None of them treated scheduling like what it actually is for a real business: infrastructure - the connective tissue between sales, success, hiring, support, and operations.
