Send every lead to the
right person, instantly.
One booking link makes visitors guess, and buries your team in manual triage. Cal ID routing forms ask a few quick questions, then send each person to the right event, teammate or page automatically, so every meeting lands qualified and on the right calendar.

One booking link is costing you meetings.
When everyone gets the same link, visitors book the wrong meeting, unqualified leads take your best slots, and your team spends the day forwarding requests. Routing forms fix that on autopilot.
Without routing
- One link for everyone Every visitor lands on the same page and has to guess which meeting to book.
- Wrong meetings, wasted slots Unqualified bookers take the times you meant for sales-ready leads.
- Manual sorting Someone reads each request and forwards it to the right person by hand.
- Leads go cold Every extra step between the form and the calendar is another chance to drop off.
With routing forms
- One smart form Ask a few questions and Cal ID decides where each booker goes.
- Right person, right event Rules match every answer to the correct event, pool or page.
- No manual triage Routing runs the moment the form is submitted, day or night.
- Booked in the same visit Qualified bookers go straight to a live calendar and book on the spot.
How to set up a routing form in 3 steps

Frequently asked questions
01 What is a routing form?
A routing form is a short questionnaire that sends each booker to the right destination based on their answers. In Cal ID you add questions, set routing rules, and every submission is automatically directed to a specific event, a custom page or an external website.
02 How does conditional routing work?
You create routes that link an answer to a destination, for example if Service is Sales, send them to the Sales Consultation event. With more than one rule you choose All, Any or None to decide how they combine, and a fallback route catches anyone who does not match.
03 Where can a routing form send people?
Routing forms support three destinations: an Event redirect to a specific Cal ID booking page, a Custom page that shows a message such as Thank you or Waitlist, and an External redirect to any other website.
04 What is a fallback route?
The fallback route is where a booker goes when their answers do not match any of your other routes. If you do not need conditional logic at all, you can use only the fallback so every submission goes to a single destination.
05 Can I embed a routing form on my website?
Yes. Open the Embed tab, choose the embed type, adjust the theme, width and brand color, then copy the code into your site. You can also share the form with a direct link.
06 Which plan includes routing forms?
Routing forms are available on the Business and Enterprise plans, for both personal and team forms. You can try them with a free Business trial.
07 Can I see who filled out the form?
Yes. The Responses section lists every submission with its booking status, and you can filter, segment and download the data or open any single response in detail.
08 How do I qualify leads before they book a meeting?
Add screening questions to your routing form, such as company size, budget or use case. Cal ID checks the answers the moment the form is submitted, books qualified leads straight into the right calendar, and sends everyone else to a fallback page, so your team only meets people worth their time.
09 How do I route leads to the right sales rep or team?
Create routing rules that map answers to destinations, for example send enterprise leads to your AE team and smaller deals to self-serve. Combine conditions with All, Any or None to route by industry, region, company size or any field you collect, with no code.
10 Is there a free routing forms alternative to Calendly?
Yes. Cal ID is free to start and includes routing forms on the Business plan at $5 per user per month, well below Calendly, where routing sits on higher tiers. You get conditional logic, website embed and your own branding without the enterprise price.
11 Can I route people to different calendars based on their answers?
Yes. Each route can point to a specific Cal ID event or booking page, a custom page, or an external URL, so different answers open different calendars, teams or destinations automatically.
